Terms of use

Applies to the Virtual Dices application. Last updated: 29 August 2026.

Virtual Dices contains no sensitive or shocking content. It shows nothing but dice: no violence, no sexual content, no gambling with real money, no advertising, and no content written by other users.

Using the app

Virtual Dices is free to use, for personal or professional purposes alike, with no account and no subscription. Using it means accepting these terms.

Content

The app displays dice and plays their rattle, and nothing else. It has no chat, no comments, no user-submitted content and no link to any external content that could be offensive. It is suitable for all audiences, children included. The throws are for entertainment: the app is not a gambling service and involves no wager, no purchase and no prize.

Randomness

The results come from the pseudo-random generator of the platform the app runs on. They are meant for games and everyday use, not for cryptography, lotteries, official draws or any situation where a certified source of randomness is required.

Licence

The app is distributed under the MIT license, whose terms govern copying, modifying and redistributing the software. The name and the icon of the application remain the property of their author.

Warranty and liability

The app is provided « as is », with no warranty of any kind, as stated in the MIT license. The author cannot be held liable for any damage arising from its use or from the impossibility of using it.

Privacy

The app collects no data whatsoever; see the privacy policy.

These terms may be updated as the app evolves. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its date.
